You can also place an order and add in the note with your order : ''i want to wrap it as a gift''. For us that's enough for doing so, and we will even add an extra happy gift from us.

Our handling time of your order after receiving the payment is 1-2 business days.

Tantilly's delivery time:

• Dutch orders within 1-3 business.
• Belgium orders we strive to deliver within 3-4 business days.
• European orders we strive to deliver in 3-7 business days.
• Usa, canada and rest of world 12-17 business days.

If your item is custom made/ designed for you the shipping will take 1-3 days extra.

The government advise is that the delivery deadline is 30 days after placing the order.  We are happy to say that in 99.9% of the times we always delivered the package in less then a week. (normally 2 business days)

Tantilly has the orders delivered by ''PACKS'' for you.

''PACKS'' delivery conditions apply to ''PACKS'' for you delivery.

The items are carefully packaged for transport and Tantilly can not be held responsible for the deliverer's faults. However, we will do the best to assist you, and to solve any problem. We have an excellent personal custumer service. :)

Upon receipt, the buyer must check the contents for damage / imperfections, if this is the case, then the buyer must contact Tantilly directly by e-mail Tantillyofficial@gmail.com. We are here to help you.

An order will not be sent by us if it can not be sent completely, unless consultation with the customer has taken place.

If the delivery is (temporarily) out of stock or for other reasons is delayed, or if an order can not or only partially be executed, the customer will receive this no later than 7 working days after placing the order.

In that case, the customer has the right to cancel the order without any costs. In that case Tantilly will arrange for a refund.

• Belgium - shipping by PACKS €7,95
• Germany - shipping by PACKS €7,95
• Europe shipping- by POST NL/PACKS €9,95.
• USA and Canada - shipping by POST NL/PACKS €19,95
• Aruba / Curaçao - shipping by POST NL €9,99
• The rest of the world €17,95.
