if you want to change an article, the return cost is for you, and we will send to you the new article, without any extra charge.

Tantilly is not responsible for returned items that have been delivered incorrectly or have been lost as a result of incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, but will do our best to help!

Tantilly Terms and Conditions

 Article 1. Agreement

When shopping on the website https://tantilly-shop.com you can order articles from our collection. This creates a legally binding agreement according to the principle "buy or distance". All information that we need to verify and process your order must be filled in completely and truthfully. You may return the ordered items (the so-called cooling-off period) for a period of 14 working days after receipt of your order without giving any reason.

There are some rules for this (see the "return and exchange" section). After the end of this 14-day period your purchase is final. You then own the delivered items.

Article 2. Prices

You pay the price stated on the website at the time of ordering.
All prices are stated including VAT, unless otherwise stated.
All offers are valid while supplies last. Items that are not in stock can not be ordered.

Article 3. Payment

You must pay in advance. You can choose from the payment methods that are offered on the website during the ordering process. Paying through another method is not possible.

Tantilly strives to deliver orders within 1-2 business day after receiving the payment for shipment. However, Tantilly is not obliged to do so. The delivery deadline is 30 days after placing the order. If it is not possible to deliver an order within 30 days, you will be informed by e-mail and you have the right to cancel your order free of charge. The amount you paid will then be refunded to your account number within 5 working days.

Tantilly has the orders delivered by DHL for you. DHL delivery conditions apply to DHL for you delivery.

The items are carefully packaged for transport and Tantilly can not be held responsible for the deliverer's faults. Upon receipt, the buyer must check the contents for damage / imperfections, if this is the case, then the buyer must contact Tantilly directly by e-mail Tantillyofficial@gmail.com. We are here to help you.

 An order will not be sent by us if it can not be sent completely, unless consultation with the customer has taken place. If the delivery is (temporarily) out of stock or for other reasons is delayed, or if an order can not or only partially be executed, the customer will receive this no later than 7 working days after placing the order. In that case, the customer has the right to cancel the order without any costs. In that case Tantilly will arrange for a refund.

Article 4. Shipping

Shipping price:

  • Netherlands shipping by DHL €4,99
  • Belgium shipping by DHL 6,95
  • Europe shipping by DHL €9,95.
  • USA and Canada shipping by DHL €14,95
  • The rest of the world €17,95.

Our handling time of your order after receiving the payment is 1-2 business days.

Tantilly's delivery time:

  • Dutch orders within 1-3 business.
  • Belgium orders we strive to deliver within 3-4 business days.
  • European orders we strive to deliver in 3-7 business days.
  • Usa, canada and rest of world 12-17 business days.

If your item is custom made/ designed for you the shipping will take 1-3 days extra.

Article 5. Return and exchange

Exchanging or returning at Tantilly is no problem.

You must comply with the following rules:

Only items purchased from Tantilly can be exchanged.

Before you return articles, you must contact us by e-mail. You can return or exchange items without giving a reason for 14 working days after receipt of your order. The term of 14 working days is determined by the date on which you received your package according to the track and trace code. The costs and shipping risk of the return shipment are for your account.

 Items can only be exchanged for another article from the store. In case of exchange, Tantilly takes care of the once-only costs for the reshipment of the exchanged article. In case of returning items, you will receive the amount of those items paid by you, excluding shipping costs, within 8 days after receipt of the returned order to your account. Items purchased in the sale can be exchanged for another article or a gift card, returning these items is not possible.

For reasons of hygiene, jewelry cannot be exchanged and / or returned. We make an exception for rings, after contact us you can change them for another size or item.

Article 6. Warranty

All articles delivered by Tantilly are of high quality and comply with all standards and requirements that can be set for them, in normal use. The delivered items are free of defects of any kind. This guarantee is valid until 4 weeks after delivery of the item.

Upon receipt of your order you will receive an invoice, which also serves as a guarantee certificate. If it appears that an item supplied by Tantilly does not comply with the issued warranty, Tantilly will provide a solution within a reasonable period of time. To this end, you must declare the item in accordance with the rules described under "return and exchange", stating that you claim the warranty and a description of the defect. If return is reasonably impossible, you must inform Tantilly by e-mail. After return (or receipt of a written warranty claim) and assessment of the warranty claim by Tantilly, the article is either repaired, replaced or reimbursed at Tantilly's option.

In case of replacement of an article, you are obliged to return the item to be replaced to Tantilly and transfer the ownership to Tantilly.

The guarantee does not apply if a defect has arisen due to improper or improper use, or if you or third parties have made changes to the article (or an attempt has been made to do so), or if the article has been used for purposes for which it is not intended.

If an article delivered by Tantilly does not correspond to the concluded agreement and this is regarded as a defect within the meaning of the product liability regulation, then Tantilly is not liable for any consequential damage that ensues from this. Offcouse we will do our best to help you. :)

 Article 7. Privacy

Without your explicit consent, Tantilly will not provide your information to third parties, with due observance of the aforementioned. If you no longer want to be involved in Tantilly marketing campaigns, including newsletters and offers, you can send this request by e-mail to Tantillyofficial@gmail.com
