Our processing time for your order is 1-2 business days.
Tantilly aims to deliver your order within the following period after receipt of payment:
- Dutch orders delivered within 1-3 business days.
- Belgian orders delivered within 3-4 working days.
- European orders delivered within 3-7 business days.
- USA, Canada and the rest of the world delivered within 12-17 business days.
If your item is custom made/designed, shipping will take an additional 1-3 days.
The government advice is that the delivery period is 30 days after placing the order.
We are happy to say that in 99.9% of the cases we always deliver the package to you within a week. (normality 2 working days)

The items are carefully packed for transport and Tantilly is not responsible for mistakes of the delivery company. However, we will do our best to help you and solve any problems.

Upon receipt, the buyer must check the contents for any damage/imperfections and if found, the buyer must contact Tantilly directly via email tantillyofficial@gmail.com.

We will not ship an order if it cannot be shipped in full, unless consultation has taken place with the customer.
If the product is (temporarily) out of stock or is delayed for other reasons, or if an order cannot be fulfilled or can only be partially fulfilled, the customer will receive it no later than 7 working days after placing the order.
In that case, the customer has the right to cancel the order without charge.
In that case, Tantilly will provide a refund.
