We are here with Tantilly to make our customers happy and to give you the great experience of Tantilly's good atmosphere and of our happy, colorful world.
If you wish to return an item because it is the wrong size, the wrong style for your figure, or because you have experienced one of our double-sided items for the first time and are unsure how to wear it, please know that we are here to help you and provide you with advice and ideas if necessary.

Every lady is colorful and unique.
In the collections of Tantilly we are inspired by all body shapes of women, regardless of your body shape. You are beautiful the way you are, and you also deserve colorful clothing that suits you.
With our Tantilly customer service we are there to advise you .

We are a small experienced team of colorful ladies, and we design the Tantilly collections ourselves, and we have a lot of experience with color advice, sewing and styling.
We can tailor-make everything for you in our own sewing workshop in the Netherlands.
We also recommend you to check out our YouTube account, where we show many videos on how to wear our clothes, how to combine them with an item and to get inspired.

If you would like to change a size or model of item, please contact us with the details of your request.

Exchanging or returning at Tantilly is no problem. You must adhere to the following rules:
You can return the item within fourteen (14) days (from the date of receipt), together with a completed returns form, provided that the product has not been used or damaged.

Only items purchased from Tantilly can be exchanged.
Before returning any items, you must contact us by email. You will then receive an exchange and return form from us by email.

This must be completed in full and returned with the item to be exchanged and/or returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot process returned items WITHOUT a return form and therefore no refund will be made.

You can return or exchange items without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving your order.

The 14-day period is determined by the date on which you received your package according to the track and trace code and it arrives back to us.

The costs and shipping risk of the return shipment are at your expense.

Items can only be exchanged for another item from the store or webshop.

In the event of an exchange, Tantilly will pay the one-time costs for resending the exchanged item.

In case of returning items, you will receive the amount you paid for those items, excluding shipping costs, in your account within 30 days of receipt of the returned order.

If you have chosen Klarna, we will refund the money for the item to your normal bank account. This is because reimbursement via Klarna unfortunately involves high costs for us.

If you, after consultation, choose a (higher) unlimited shopping credit, this cannot be exchanged for a refund afterwards.

If you order and use the credit, the credit will remain valid in the event of a return of the order purchased with the credit.

Items purchased in the sale can be exchanged, but it is not possible to return these items for money.

Please state the order number on the packaging.

Returned items will be processed within one week of delivery.

We will check each returned item in detail.

The purchase price excluding shipping costs will be refunded via the same payment method used during the purchase.

Depending on the payment method used during the purchase, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to be credited to your bank account.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
If you want to exchange an item, the return costs are for you.

However, we will send you the new item at no extra cost.
Tantilly is not responsible for returned items that are misdelivered or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, but we will do our best to help!

Items made in Holland - especially for you - cannot be returned for a refund.

If they are made for you in the standard size, they can be exchanged, but no refund will be given.

Unfortunately, adjustments such as length cannot be returned.

All jewelry cannot be exchanged and/or returned for hygienic reasons.

Only in the case of rings, an exception can be made for exchange after consultation.
