We will check each returned item in detail.
The purchase price excluding shipping costs will be refunded via the same payment method used during the purchase.
Depending on the payment method used during the purchase, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to be credited to your bank account.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.

If you want to exchange an item, the return costs are for you.
We will send you the new item at no extra cost.
Tantilly is not responsible for returned items that are misdelivered or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, but will do our best to help!

General terms and conditions Tantilly

Article 1. Agreement

When shopping on the website www.tantilly-shop.com you can order items from our collection. This creates a legally binding agreement according to the principle of “buy or distance”. You must fill in all the information we need to verify and process your order completely and truthfully. You may return the ordered items within a period of 14 working days after receipt of your order without giving a reason (the so-called cooling-off period). Some rules apply to this (see the section “returns and exchanges”). After this 14-day period your purchase is final. You are then the owner of the delivered items.

Article 2. Prices

You pay the price that is stated on the website at the time of ordering. All prices are stated including VAT, unless stated otherwise. All offers are valid while stocks last. Items that are not in stock cannot be ordered.

Article 3. Payment

You must pay for your order in advance. You can choose from the payment methods offered on the website during the ordering process. Payment via another method is not possible. Tantilly strives to offer orders for shipment within 3 working days after receipt of payment. Tantilly is not obliged to do so. The final delivery period is 30 days after placing the order. If it is not possible to deliver an order within 30 days, you will be informed of this by e-mail and you will have the right to cancel your order free of charge. The amount paid by you will then be refunded to your account number within a maximum of 30 working days.

Tantilly has the orders delivered by ''PACKS''. When delivered by ''PACKS'' the delivery conditions of ''PACKS'' apply. We also sometimes make exceptions to send it with POSTNL, e.g. to the Dutch islands. You can always contact us for more information or for requests. We think along with you.

The items are carefully packed for transport and Tantilly cannot be held liable for the errors of the delivery person. Upon receipt, the buyer must check the contents for damage / imperfections, if this is the case, the buyer must immediately contact Tantilly by e-mail: tantillyofficial@gmail.com

An order will not be shipped by us if it cannot be shipped in its entirety, unless this has been discussed with the customer. If the delivery is (temporarily) out of stock or delayed for other reasons, or if an order cannot be fulfilled or can only be fulfilled in part, the customer will receive notification of this no later than 7 working days after placing the order. In that case, the customer has the right to cancel the order without charge. Tantilly will in that case ensure reimbursement.

Article 4. Shipping

Postage costs:

  • Netherlands shipping via PACKS € 5.99
  • Belgian/German shipping via PACKS €7.95
  • Shipping within Europe with PACKS € 9.95.
  • Shipping US & Canada via PACKS €14.95
  • The rest of the world €17.95.

Orders are shipped by ''PACKS'' or by Post.nl.

You will receive an email from the aforementioned person with the expected delivery date.

Our processing time for your order is 1-2 business days.
Tantilly aims to deliver your order within the following period after receipt of payment:
  • Dutch orders delivered within 1-3 business days.
  • Belgian orders delivered within 3-4 working days.
  • European orders delivered within 3-7 business days.
  • USA, Canada and the rest of the world delivered within 12-17 business days.

If your item is custom made/designed, shipping will take an additional 1-3 days.

Article 5. Returns and exchanges

Exchanging or returning at Tantilly is no problem. You must adhere to the following rules:
Only items purchased from Tantilly can be exchanged.
Before returning any items, you must contact us by email. You will then receive an exchange and return form from us by email.

This must be completed in full and returned with the item to be exchanged and/or returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot process returned items WITHOUT a return form and therefore no refund will be made.

You can return or exchange items without giving a reason within 14 working days after receiving your order. The period of 14 working days is determined by the date on which you received your package according to the track and trace code. The costs and shipping risk of the return shipment are for your account.


Items can only be exchanged for another item from the store. In the event of an exchange, Tantilly will pay the one-time costs for resending the exchanged item. In the event of returning items, you will receive the amount you paid for those items, excluding shipping costs, in your account within 30 days of receipt of the returned order. Items purchased in the sale can be exchanged, but it is not possible to return these items.

If you have chosen Klarna, we will refund the money for the item to your normal bank account. This is because reimbursement via Klarna unfortunately involves high costs for us.

The items Holland Made - that are made especially for you can not be returned with money refund. If they are made in the standard size for you, it can be exchanged. With adjustments to, for example, length, this can also not be taken back.

All jewelry cannot be exchanged and/or returned for hygienic reasons. Only rings can be exchanged in consultation and in exceptional cases.

Article 6. Warranty

All items supplied by Tantilly are of high quality and meet all standards and requirements that can be set for them during normal use.

The delivered items are free from defects of any kind. This guarantee is valid until 4 weeks after delivery of the item.
Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an invoice, which also serves as proof of warranty. If it appears that an article delivered by Tantilly does not meet the warranty issued, Tantilly will ensure a solution within a reasonable period of time. To this end, you must return the article, stating that you are making a claim under the warranty and describing the defect, in accordance with the rules described under “returns and exchanges”. If return is reasonably impossible, you must inform Tantilly of this by e-mail. After return (or receipt of a written warranty claim) and assessment of the warranty claim by Tantilly, the article will be repaired, replaced or refunded at Tantilly’s discretion.
In the event that an item is replaced, you undertake to return the item to be replaced to Tantilly and transfer ownership thereof to Tantilly.
The warranty does not apply if a defect has arisen due to improper or inappropriate use, or if you or a third party have made changes to the article (or an attempt has been made to do so), or if the article has been used for purposes for which it is not intended.
If an article delivered by Tantilly does not correspond to the concluded agreement and this is regarded as a defect within the meaning of the product liability scheme, Tantilly is not liable for any consequential damage resulting from this.

Article 7. Privacy

Without your explicit consent, Tantilly will not provide your data to third parties, taking into account the aforementioned. If you no longer wish to be involved in Tantilly marketing campaigns, including newsletters and offers, you can send this request by e-mail to tantillyofficial@gmail.com.

Are you not satisfied with (some of) the products you ordered?

You may return the item within fourteen (14) days (from the date of receipt), provided the product has not been used or damaged.
