The Triple G dress: a different look every day of the week, it's possible!

Suppose you really want to buy a piece of clothing from Tantilly, but you want to be able to use it in many different ways.

In fact, you want to wear the dress for a whole week and still create a completely different look every day. Then Tantilly has a fantastic solution in the collection: the Triple G dress!

Ok, it's not very likely that you'll wear one dress seven days in a row. After all, you'll have to wash it or air it out every now and then, and maybe the weather doesn't lend itself to wearing exactly the same piece of clothing every day. But I do think that the Triple G is the very best dress you can have hanging in your closet in terms of combination possibilities.

To make it a bit more concrete: I created seven different looks for you with one piece of clothing. What does that look like?

That's what I'm going to show you. Watch and get inspired!

Combi 1: Dress side one

As I wrote in a previous blog, I am quite fond of nice contrasting colours and I often have a preference for the colours red, white and blue. I think that is a nice combination, I am also always fond of Delft blue stuff and prints. When I first saw a picture of this dress, I immediately noticed the print, not knowing yet that the dress also has another cool side. I put it on like in this picture, I will call it the most “traditional” way. The waistband is around my waist here, to accentuate my figure. And see the result here. Cool, right?

Combi 2: Dress, side two

So the dress has a very beautiful other side.

To be honest, these are colours that I usually don't immediately fall for. But now that I look at the photo, it's actually super cool and I can wear this colour combination just fine.

That happens to me more often, when I wear a set for a shoot, I usually only see how cool it looks when I see the end result (and sometimes I can't resist ordering the set anyway...haha!). Put on a nice bright pink or apple green legging and you're done!

Combination 3: Wear the dress as a cardigan or tunic

The nice thing about the Triple G is that you can also wear the dress as a vest, or as a tunic. And how nice is it to play with the snaps.

Try buttoning it up one or two buttons, or wearing it completely loose.

Nice jeans underneath and you're done!

In this case I put the band in my hair, which also gives a nice effect. But you could also choose to put it through your trouser loops.

Combination 4: Wear the dress as a cardigan or tunic, part two

Of course, this combination can also be reversed. In this case, I have worn a red shirt underneath both combinations, but of course you can also choose to wear a pink or perhaps light blue shirt with this combination. Or green! All possible. And of course you can also wear a sneaker with it, that makes the whole thing a bit more sporty. By the way, I have put a flower belt through the loops of my pants, which you often get as a gift with your order at Tantilly.

Combination 5: Use only the top of the dress

Almost everyone has a denim skirt hanging in their closet. In this case, it should not be too tight, but then you can also wear your skirt very nicely over your triple G dress. This way, only the top of the dress remains visible, like a kind of blouse. This gives a cool effect, I think it is a nod to the 'secretary look'. Here too, of course, the look can be combined on both sides of the Triple G.

Combination 6: Wear a nice, long cardigan over it

The colder months are coming again.

The dress is not really very thin because it has two sides and therefore consists of two fabrics on top of each other. But if you doubt whether the dress is not too cold on a winter day, then you can also wear a nice long cardigan over this dress.

I'm wearing a red one here, but if you don't have one, you could also go for a nice dark blue cardigan, or a more daring green cardigan if you wear the dress on the other side. Even a black long cardigan would look nice.

Combination 7: Wear a cool denim jacket over it

Another item that most women don't miss: the 'all-time favorites' denim jacket. I have denim jackets in several models, from blazer-like to somewhat shorter, more casual models.

With this combination I have chosen the last variant, because it makes the whole thing just a little bit more smooth and because I think that such a model with a fitted dress accentuates exactly the part where I want it: my waist. I am very happy with this!

Well, these were them, my seven combinations. But during the shoot I got so excited about combining that I suddenly came up with an eighth combination. But pay attention, this one is a bit more daring, and a bit brighter.

But definitely wearable if you are a fan of the candy pink shades in the Tantilly collection, because this outfit radiates pink. So here goes, here is my eighth and final combo.

I hope you enjoyed seeing how you can create so many different combinations from one piece of clothing, and that it inspired you to have fun mixing and matching your own clothes.
