We are here in Tantilly to make our custumers happy, and to give you the wonderful experience of Tantilly's good vibes and our happy, colorful world.

 

If you are here to return an item because it's the wrong size, the wrong model for your figure, or that you experienced for the first time one of our reversible items and you are confused with the way how to wear it, know that we are here to assist you and to give you advise and ideas if needed. 

Every lady is colorful and unique.

In the collections of Tantilly we are inspired by all woman's body shapes (big, small, round, tall), no matter your shape. You are beautiful and deserve colorful clothing that FITS YOU.

We are a small experienced panel of colorful ladies, that design Tantilly's collections, and have a major experience with color advising, stitching and styling.

We can custom anything for you within our own boutique stitching studio in Holland.

 

We also recommend you to check our Youtube account, where we show many video's about how to wear our clothing, with witch item to combine, and to be inspired. Even a new video about how to wear the new Tantilly Ikat Cardigan.

To change size or model , contact us by mail with the details of your request.

You may return the item within fourteen (14) days (from the date of receipt), together with the change- and returning form, provided that the product has not been used or damaged.

If, in consultation, you choose for a (higher) shop credit, this cannot be exchanged for money back afterwards.

If you order and use the credit, the credit will remain in effect if the order is returned. (purchased with the credit)

If you want to know the procedure how to return, read down here for the policy.
Returned items will be processed within one week after delivery. 
We will check every item returned in detail.
The purchase price excluding the shipping costs will be refunded through the same payment method used during the purchase.

Depending on the payment method used during the purchase, it may take up to maximum 30 days days to receive the refund on your bank account. This will be normally between 1-2 weeks, but in busy times it can be a little bit longer.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
If you want to change an article, the return cost is for you, and we will send to you the new article, without any extra charge.

Tantilly is not responsible for returned items that have been delivered incorrectly or have been lost as a result of incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, but will do our best to help!

Return and exchange

Exchanging or returning at Tantilly is no problem.

You must comply with the following rules:

Only items purchased from Tantilly can be exchanged.

Before you return articles, you must contact us by e-mail, tantillyofficial@gmail.com

You can return or exchange items without giving a reason for 14 days after receipt of your order.
The term of 14 working days is determined by the date on which you received your package according to the track and trace code.


The costs and shipping risk of the return shipment are for your account.
Items can only be exchanged for another article from the store.
In case of exchange, Tantilly takes care of the once-only costs for the reshipment of the exchanged article.

 

In case of returning items, you will receive the amount of those items paid by you, excluding shipping costs, within max 30 days after receipt of the returned order to your account.

We will return the money back on your bank account, and ask you to provide us your bank account.

For Klarna, as an exception, we can not put it directly back on the account of Klarna, because of high costs for this transactions. We will put in on your normal bank account. Sorry for the inconvenience this may bring.

 

Items purchased in the sale can be exchanged for another article or a gift card, returning these items for money is not possible.

For reasons of hygiene, jewellry cannot be exchanged and /or returned.

Clothes of the Handmade in Holland collection, made in your size, can not be returned, as it is an order made in your sizes specific. Offcourse we will do our best to change the model or messurements if they will not please of fit you.

We make an exception for rings, after contact us you can change them for another size or item.
