You may return the item within fourteen (14) days (from the date of receipt), provided that the product has not been used or damaged.

Please state the order number on the package.

Returned items will be processed within one week after delivery.

We will check every item returned in detail. The purchase price excluding the shipping costs will be refunded through the same payment method used during the purchase. An exception is Klarna, this we also put bank on your normal bank account due high transaction costs.

You will receive an e-mail with a status update once the refund has been made. Depending on the payment method used during the purchase, it may take up to 30 days to receive the refund on your bank account.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Tantilly is not responsible for returned items that have been delivered incorrectly or have been lost as a result of incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
